8.1 The coaching system has been designed scientifically keeping in mind the science of teaching and human psychology as follows:
8.1.1 PRE-COACHING PREPARATION:
At KAP, Conceptually prepared course material is provided. It is in various forms like:
8.1.2 COACHING:
- Teaching is imparted covering each and every point of the syllabus with suitable illustrations, case studies and humour/entertainment. Teaching starts from the most basic level providing total conceptual clarity and optimum practice to the student. Syllabus is completed in scheduled time-bound manner.
8.1.3 POST-COACHING EXERCISES:
- Students solve the exercises in the classroom under the expert guidance from a teacher in examination conditions. This develops capability in the students.
- Group discussions on case studies are also organized.
8.1.4 REGULAR TESTS AND EVALUATION:
- Knowledge and skill gained in 8.1.2 and consolidated further in 8.1.3 are tested regularly under examination conditions.
- Answers submitted by the students are evaluated by respective faculty based on which students are informed regarding their weak and strong points so that they can work on it accordingly.
8.2BENEFITS OF A SINGLE-POINT SYSTEM:
- "Time management" is a great problem faced by CMA students. Therefore, the coaching system has been designed in such a way that everything is available at a single place and in one visit per day. The logic behind giving specially prepared course material to the students and not giving text books is also the same. Thus our course material provides a single point basis for preparation for examinations.
